Pasta with lean beef sauces


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, penne (pasta, bag 500 g), low-fat beef juices, fennel tubers, diced vegetables ((250 g), halved), Parmesan cheese (grated), flat parsley ((20 g) and leaves coarsely chopped) .

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta in water with salt al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  2. In the meantime, remove the skin from the sausages. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the sausage filling in 5 min. Brown and done. Push the meat into pieces with a wooden spoon during baking.
  3. Cut the bottom of the fennel tubers and cut the fennel into thin strips. Add to the sausage and bake for 8 minutes. Add the tomatoes and warm for 1 min.
  4. Mix the pasta with the meat and the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the cheese and parsley and serve.
