Pasta with lean beef sauces
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, penne (pasta, bag 500 g), low-fat beef juices, fennel tubers, diced vegetables ((250 g), halved), Parmesan cheese (grated), flat parsley ((20 g) and leaves coarsely chopped) .

Cook the pasta in water with salt al dente according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, remove the skin from the sausages. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the sausage filling in 5 min. Brown and done. Push the meat into pieces with a wooden spoon during baking.

Cut the bottom of the fennel tubers and cut the fennel into thin strips. Add to the sausage and bake for 8 minutes. Add the tomatoes and warm for 1 min.

Mix the pasta with the meat and the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the cheese and parsley and serve.
