Indian sandwich fried chicken with egg salad


Lunch dish of stuffed naan rolls with chicken fillet, mango, coriander, spinach and egg salad.

Directions

  1. Heat the flatbreads according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Mix the chicken breast strips with the curry powder, pepper and salt.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken breast strips for 5 min. On medium heat.
  4. Meanwhile, peel the mango and cut the flesh first from the kernel and then into thin slices. Slice the coriander.
  5. Halve the flatbread in the width. Carefully cut in along, but not completely.
  6. Open them as an envelope and put some spinach, mango slices and chicken strips in each platter.
  7. Finally, put a spoon of egg salad on each sandwich and sprinkle with the coriander.
