Onion-bacon frittata
A tasty Spanish recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, smoked bacon cubes (250 g), spring onions (in slanted rings), garlic (chopped), paprika (spicy) and eggs (beaten).

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon over medium heat in 8 min.

Fry the spring onions for 2 minutes with the bacon.

Fry the garlic with the paprika powder for 1 min.

Add the bacon mixture to the eggs and season with pepper.

Heat the rest of the olive oil in the pan of the bacon.

Pour in the egg mixture and fry the frittata on low heat for 10 min.
