Toast with cheese melted in beer
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: Zaanland cheese mild, bulky corn bread, butter, beer (Trappist beer) and bunched onion (in gossamer rings).

Preheat the oven grill.

Cut cheese crusts and grate cheese (in food processor).

Bread under oven grill or in toaster in 2-3 min.

Brown roasting and let cool.

Melt half of butter in thick saucepan.

Add beer and as soon as it boils, put the fire low.

Melt cheese in beer while stirring.

Season with pepper and salt.

Toast the toast with the rest of butter and place in oven dish or on baking tray.

Distribute and spread melted cheese mixture.

Toast toast under grill and make the top brown in 2 minutes.

Sprinkle with spring onions.
