Indian spiced surimi
A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, basmati rice, surimi naturel (fish à 170 g), yoghurt, Indian curry paste Tandoori (pot à 312 g), snow peas, stir-fry oil, Thai vegetable mix (400 g) and salt.

Cook rice according to instructions.

Cut the surimi into pieces.

Stir in yoghurt and curry paste into marinade.

Add surimi, shake well and marinate for about 15 minutes.

Cleansing peels, washing and cutting into diamonds.

Heat in wok oil.

Thai vegetable mix and snow peas for about 3 minutes stir-fry.

Add surimi with marinade for approx.

2 minutes.

Season with salt.

Serve with rice..
