Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Chop the onion.

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 2 minutes. Press the garlic over it.

Halve the cherry tomatoes.

Add the tomatoes and fry them in 10 minutes. Change regularly. Add the sugar and pepper and salt to taste.

Heat oil in a frying pan and fruit garlic 1 min. Add the spinach in parts and let it simmer for 4-5 min.

Drain the pasta.

Tear the mozzarella into pieces. Spoon the pasta through the tomato sauce and add the mozzarella and spinach. Season with salt and pepper.
