Ingredients
Directions
-
Cut the garlic into thin slices. Remove the skin from the sausages.
-
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the sausage with the fennel seed over medium heat in 8 min. Until golden brown and done.
-
Push the sausage meat into smaller pieces while baking with a wooden spoon.
-
Halve the fennel bulb, cut out the core and cut the fennel into strips that are as thin as possible.
-
Add the garlic, fennel and rosemary to the meat and cook for 4 minutes.
-
In the meantime let the beans drain in a sieve and rinse with cold water. Add to the sausage mixture and warm for 3 minutes.
-
In the meantime, heat a grill pan. Halve the lemon and grill both halves with the cutting edge downwards until they get darker grill stripes after approx. 3 minutes.
-
Squeeze some lemon juice over the bean mixture, remove the rosemary if necessary and serve with the lemon halves. Yummy! .
