A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, salmon fillet (a 125 g), garam masala, lemon juice, sunflower oil, spring onions (in 1 cm pieces), whipped cream (23% fat), mango (in small pieces) and fresh coriander ( coarsely chopped).

Directions

  1. Rub the pieces of fish in with a little bit of the garam masala herbs and a little lemon juice and put them in the refrigerator for 1 hour, so that they are nice and firm.
  2. Heat 2 ounces of oil in a frying pan for the sauce and gently fry the spring onions for 2 minutes. Fry the remaining garam masala for 30 seconds. Add the cream and the cubes of mango. Boil the sauce for 4 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In the meantime, heat the grill pan well. Brush the pieces of fish with the remaining tablespoon of oil and grill them on each side for 2 minutes. Put the pieces of fish each on a plate and spoon the sauce over it. Sprinkle the dish with coriander. Delicious with basmati rice and a stewed pointed cabbage.
