Turkey strips in cream sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, brown rice, mushrooms, butter, turkey strips (about 350 g), flour, cooking cream (light, bottle of 250 ml), chicken stock, garden peas (freezer and 450 g).

Cook the rice according to the instructions for use.

Clean mushrooms and cut into slices.

Heat butter in frying pan and fry turkey strips for 3 minutes.

Add mushrooms and fry for 3 minutes.

Sprinkle flour over it and simmer for 2 minutes.

Add cream and stir well until lightly bound sauce is formed.

Fill the bouillon tablet on top and stir in sauce.

Stir in sauce for 2 minutes.

Prepare garden peas (in microwaves) according to instructions.

Season the turkey in cream sauce with salt and pepper and serve with rice and garden peas..
