Italian bread salad with sardines
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, pepper bread (preferably 1 day old, 475 g), onion, garlic, tomatoes, sardines in oil (a 120 g), grilled peppers, (olive) oil, (wine) vinegar (red) and fresh basil (15 g).

Break the bread into pieces.

Peel and chop onion and garlic.

Wash tomatoes and cut into wedges.

Drain the sardines (store 4 tbsp oil) and cut into pieces.

Peppers drain and cut into pieces.

Stir in sardine oil, 2 tbsp olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper dressing.

Mix bread with vegetables, sardines and dressing in large quantities.

Cut the basil into strips and sprinkle over salad.

Leave salad for at least 15 minutes before serving..
