Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cook with a little salt in about 20 minutes until done.
  2. Meanwhile, clean the sprouts, halve and cook for the last 10 min. Chop the onion.
  3. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the onion for about 2 minutes. Add the meat and cook until cooked. Add the gravy and heat.
  4. Drain the potatoes and the sprouts, collect the cooking liquid and mix.
  5. Season the stew with the cooking liquid and season with salt and pepper. Serve with the meat in the gravy.
