Italian cauliflower


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, cauliflower (in florets), olive oil, zucchini (diced), greenfinches, vine tomatoes (in slices), onion (chopped), farfalle (pasta, bag 500 g) and ketchup.

Directions

  1. Cook the cauliflower florets in 6 min.
  2. Until al dente.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the zucchini cubes on high heat for 3 min.
  4. Turn down the heat, add the cauliflower and cook for another 1 minute.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Put the cauliflower mixture in the dish and keep warm by covering it with aluminum foil.
  7. Cut the crooked skins into slices.
  8. Heat another el oil in the pan and fry the tomatoes over a high heat for 5 minutes.
  9. Add the onion and cook for another 3 minutes.
  10. Turn the heat a bit lower and add the slices of croquettes.
  11. Fry for another 4 minutes and then add the ketchup.
  12. In the meantime, cook the farfalle al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  13. Spread the pasta over the plates, scoop the croquette with the sauce over it and add the cauliflower mixture..
