Italian chicken dish with broccoli, pasta sauce and spaghetti.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
  2. Cut the chicken fillet into slices and the mozzarella into slices. Grease the oven dish with the olive oil. Place the chicken fillet in the greased oven dish.
  3. Squeeze the garlic on top and sprinkle the chicken with pepper. Pour the pasta sauce over it.
  4. Place the slices of mozzarella on top and sprinkle with the oregano and pepper. Fry the chicken dish in the oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown and done.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  6. Divide the broccoli into florets and cut the stem into slices. Cook the broccoli in 6 minutes until al dente.
  7. Serve the chicken dish with the spaghetti and broccoli.
