Italian chicken rolls with sprouts
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken breast (about 380 g), smoked ham (125 g), dried Italian herbs (12 g jar), olive oil, nut rice (275 g), Brussels sprouts (halved), onions (chopped) , cherry tomatoes ((250 g) and halved).

Preheat the oven to 225 ° C. Cut the chicken fillets in 4 about equal bars. Halve also the slices of smoked ham along the way. Sprinkle the 8 chicken breast strips with half of the Italian herbs and pepper and salt to taste. Roll them up, wrap them in a slice of smoked ham. Brush the rolls thinly with some oil. Put them in the roasting pan and slide them in the oven. Bake them in about 20 minutes brown and cooked, turn them after 10 minutes.

Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the package. Boil the sprouts in 10 minutes until al dente. Fry the onion chunks in the rest of the oil for 3 min. Add the rest of the Italian herbs and the cherry tomatoes and stir-fry 2 min. Pour the sprouts and scoop them with the cherry tomatoes.
