Italian chickpea soup
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, chestnut mushrooms, fresh Italian spice mix (20 g), chickpeas (a 400 g), olive oil, smoked bacon cubes (a 300 g), leek soup vegetables (300 g), tomato puree and vegetable stock tablets (or herbal stock capsules ).

Clean mushrooms and cut into slices.

Seasoning finely.

Chick peas in the sieve rinse and drain.

Two-thirds of chickpeas puree.

Heat oil in pan.

Bake bacon cubes.

Add mushrooms, soup vegetables, tomato paste and herbs.

Stir fry for about 3 minutes on a high heat.

Add chickpea puree, whole chickpeas, crumbled bouillon tablets and 1 liter of water.

Bring the soup to the boil and simmer for approx.

7 minutes.

Tasty with warm toasted bread and grated cheese..
