Oriental chicken soup with lemongrass
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, fast cooking rice, chicken breast, fried rice / noodle mix, chicken soup (with lemongrass and shiitake) and sweet soy sauce.

Boil rice according to directions on the package.

Cut chicken fillets into thin slices.

Cut tomato from package into cubes.

Remove pepper from the package and cut it.

Pour 1 1/2 l of cold water in a large pan.

Add the contents of the soup bag while stirring and bring to the boil.

Once soup boils, slices of chicken, vegetables (except tomato and bean sprouts) and soy sauce marinade.

Cook with lid half on pan for 10 minutes.

Stirring occasionally.

Add some pepper to taste.

Distribute rice, tomato and bean sprouts over 4 large soup bowls and pour hot soup on top.

Serve immediately..
