Italian fish pot
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, onion (chopped), garlic (finely chopped), olive oil, sifted tomatoes (500 g), dry white wine, fish fond (pot a 380 ml), fruits de mer (fish a 150 g), seawool fillet (or cod fillet in coarse pieces), lemon and fresh parsley (30 g finely chopped).

Fry onion and half of garlic in oil in frying pan.

Add sifted tomatoes, wine and fish stock and let it slowly boil.

Put low heat and simmer sauce without lid for 5 minutes.

Add seafood and fish through sauce and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

In the meantime, clean lemon peel and zest.

In a bowl mix parsley with lemon zest and leftover garlic (= gremolata).

Divide the fish pot over four deep plates, sprinkle with gremolata.

Delicious with solid bread, for example Pane Dolce Vita, to dip in the cooking liquid..
