Italian kibbeling with lemon butter


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, broccoli florets (300 g), fresh tagliatelle all erbe (250 g), salted butter, lemon and Italian kibbeling (about 200 g).

Directions

  1. Bring 2 1/2 liters of water to the boil in a large pan.
  2. Add the broccoli florets and cook for about 2 minutes.
  3. Add tagliatelle and boil for approx.
  4. 5 minutes.
  5. Melt butter in a saucepan.
  6. Lemon brooms, zest zest and half lemon presses.
  7. Take the pan of fire and stir lemon zest and juice with butter.
  8. Fry uncovered for about 2 minutes in frying pan with non-stick coating.
  9. Drain broccoli and pasta and divide between two plates.
  10. Place fish on pasta and pour lemon sauce over it..
