Italian meal salad with spiced meatballs
Salad with balls of minced minced meat, cherry tomatoes, zucchini spaghetti, lettuce and bread.

Mix the mince with the garden herbs mix for minced meat and the egg. Form 20 balls with damp hands.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the balls in 12 min. Around brown and done.

Slice the chives. Halve the cherry tomatoes and mix in a bowl with the zucchini spaghetti and beat the melange.

Divide the meatballs and sprinkle with the balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with the chives and season with salt and pepper.

Serve the bread.
