Bert's Cream Puff
Italian pea soup with parmesan cream and crispy ham
A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, oil, shallots (finely chopped), garden peas ((pack a 450 g), frozen), beef broth tablets, Parma ham, whipped cream and grated Parmesan cheese.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the shallot for 2 minutes on a low heat.

Pour in the peas and add the bouillon tablets and 1 liter of water.

Bring everything to the boil and cook the soup gently for 10 minutes.

Cut the slices of ham into long, thin strips and brush them with the remaining oil.

Heat a frying pan and gently fry the ham bars.

Spoon on a plate and allow to cool slightly.

Beat the cream stiffly and scoop the Parmesan cheese through the cream.

Puree the soup with the food processor or hand blender.

Season the soup spicyly with generous pepper and little salt.

Divide the soup over 6 bowls and spoon a spoon of the cream into each bowl.

Put the ham bars on the edge.
