Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Divide the French fries over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake until golden brown and cooked for about 25 minutes. Spoon halfway.
  3. Meanwhile, clean the shallots and cut them.
  4. Mix with the panko, Italian herbs, pepper and possibly salt through the minced meat. Knead well and form 4 burgers with your hands.
  5. Heat the grill pan without oil or butter and grill the burgers for 20 minutes on medium heat. Turn halfway.
  6. Meanwhile, wash the tomatoes. Cut 1 tomato into thin slices.
  7. Cut the rest of the tomatoes into pieces. Let the gherkin slices drain in a colander and collect 2 tablespoons of liquid.
  8. Mix this moisture with the oil and the mustard into a dressing.
  9. Keep ¼ of the lettuce separately and mix with the tomato wedges and half of the pickle slices. Sprinkle with the dressing.
  10. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry fried eggs.
  11. Remove the burgers from the grill pan and keep warm under aluminum foil.
  12. Meanwhile, cut the sandwiches halfway through and grill the cut-open sides of the rolls in the grill pan in parts 4 min. Turn halfway.
  13. Top the bottom of each roll successively with the rest of the lettuce, a burger and 1 tbsp ketchup.
  14. Divide the slices of tomato and the rest of the slices of gherkin over the burgers.
  15. Place a fried egg on top and cover with the top of the roll. Serve with the salad and fries.
