Italian stew with tuna
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, large, slightly crumbly potatoes ((bag 3 kg), peeled), olive oil, garlic (pressed), leeks (in rings), Italian stir-fry mix (400 g), tuna (with a touch of olive oil) (a 130 g)), milk and arugula (75 g).

Boil the potatoes in little water with salt in 20 minutes until done.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic for 1 min. Add the leek and the stir fry mix and cook for 4 min. Scoop the tuna and heat for 1 min.

In the meantime, heat the milk in a saucepan. Drain the potatoes, add the milk and puree with the puree mash. Spoon the vegetables with tuna and the arugula. Season with salt and pepper and spread over 4 plates.
