Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Clean the potatoes under running water and pat dry.

Rub the potatoes with half of the olive oil and put them on the baking sheet in the oven. Roast the potatoes in about forty minutes.

Heat the rest of the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the minced meat. Scoop the onion, garlic and paprika through and fry gently for three minutes.

Sprinkle the paprika powder and the rosemary over it and scoop the pieces of tomato through. Sprinkle two tablespoons of water over it.

Let it simmer for a quarter of an hour or so until the mince is covered by a thick tomato sauce.

Serve the potatoes on plates. Cut the potatoes deep in the length, push them open and fill them with the minced meat mixture.

Sprinkle the cheese over it. Tasty with a green salad.
