A tasty american recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken fillet (in pieces), cajun spices (50 g jar), garlic (chopped), sunflower oil, chorizo ​​(sausage, a 250 g), onions (chopped), red pepper (in pieces), yellow rice (325 g), garden peas extra fine (pack 450 g, frozen), tropical fruit cocktail in syrup ((411 g) and drained).

Directions

  1. Mix the chicken with the cajun spices, garlic and 1 tbsp oil. Remove the skin from the chorizo ​​and slice the sausage into slices. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the chorizo, onion and paprika for 5 minutes. Add the rice and 550 ml of water. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and cook for 3 minutes. Add the frozen garden peas and cook for another 5 minutes. When the rice is done, turn off the heat.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan and bake the chicken in brown for 5 minutes. Mix the chicken and the fruit through the rice and leave with the lid on the pan for another 5 minutes. Serve with a fresh green salad.
