Scalloped tuna sandwich
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, (truss) tomatoes, balsamic dressing, Gouda aged cheese (a ca. 25 g), tuna pieces in water (a 185 g), onions, mushrooms (250 g), olive oil and baguette.

Wash tomatoes and cut into pieces.

In bowl dressing, create tomatoes.

Cut half of the cheese slices in half.

Drain the tuna and loosen it in a bowl with a fork.

Peel onions and cut half rings.

Clean mushrooms and cut into slices.

Heat oil in frying pan and fry onion rings.
-
Add mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Halve the bread loaf and cut the halves.
-
Spread mushrooms with onion, tuna and cheese in half each successively.

Place under grill until cheese is melted.

Serve sandwich with tomato salad..
