Directions

  1. Bring a pan with plenty of water and salt to the boil. Blanch the haricot verts for 3 minutes and the sugarsnaps for 1 minute. The beans must still be very crunchy and green.
  2. Rinse the beans under cold water and scoop them in a bowl with the spring onions, soy sauce, oil and sesame seeds.
  3. Put this in small dishes and spread the tuna over it.
