Japanese nachos
Nachos dish from the oven with nachochips, Japanese mayonnaise, wasabi pasta, surimi, cheddar, nori, spring onions, avocado and sriracha.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Place the nachos on the baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Make sure the chips are close together, but not too much on top of each other.

Mix the mayonnaise with the wasabi. Mix by the surimi. Divide over the nachos.

Grate the cheese and sprinkle over the surimi.

Crumble the nori sheets.

Cut the spring onion into rings that are as thin as possible. Divide nori and onion rings over the nachos.

Put in the oven for 7 minutes. In the meantime, cut the avocado into cubes.

Remove the nachos from the oven, place with parchment paper and all on a flat dish and spread the avocado over it.

Make nice stripes with the sriracha and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
