Mix the chicken cubes with the teriyaki sauce. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the chicken in brown for 3 minutes.

In the meantime, cut the shiitakes into slices and the salad onion into slanted pieces of 2 cm.

Turn down the heat and add the shiitakes and salad onion to the chicken. Bake for 4 minutes. Add the rice and heat for another 5 minutes. Stir frequently.

Scoop the radish mix through and heat for another 1 min.
