Spaghettini with shrimps and spinach
Spaghettini with pesto shrimp, spinach, cherry tomatoes and basil.
Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Heat the spinach according to the instructions on the package.
Cut the onion into wedges. In the meantime, heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes.
Add the stir-on prawns and stir-fry them according to the instructions on the package.
Halve the cherry tomatoes. Add the spinach and the cherry tomatoes and warm for another 1 min. Season with salt and pepper.
Tear the basil leaves into pieces. Spoon almost all of the basil into the mixture.
Divide the pasta over deep plates. Spoon the vegetables with the shrimps on top and garnish with the last basil leaves. Serve immediately.
