Japanese noodles, spinach and tofu


Japanese noodles, spinach, tofu, spring onions, peppers and chestnut mushrooms.

Directions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Cut the bell pepper into cubes, halve the chestnut mushrooms and cut the spring onions in rings.
  2. Heat the oil in the wok. Squeeze the garlic on top and bake for approx. 1 min. Add the bell pepper and cook for approx. 2 min.
  3. Add the mushrooms and cook for about 2 minutes. Add the tofu and cook for about 3 minutes.
  4. Add the spinach in parts and spoon until the spinach has shrunk. Add the noodles, spring onions and stir-fry sauce and heat well.
  5. Spread over deep plates and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
