Japanese steak meal salad
Japanese meal salad with steak, noodles, wasabi and sesame seeds.

Directions

Break mihoen in half and prepare according to directions on the package. Drain and rinse with cold running water.

Peel the cucumber and cut into strips.

Cut off the radish leaf and wash. Cut the radish into segments.

Remove hard stalks from the watercress.

Beat the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, wasabi and sesame oil to dressing.

Brush the steaks with oil. Heat the (grill) pan and fry the steaks on high heat in 3-4 min. Around brown and rosé inside.

Let the meat rest on a cutting board for 1 min. Then cut into thin slices.

Divide the noodles over the plates. Mix the watercress, radish leaf and cucumber with the dressing.

Spoon the salad on the noodles and spread the radish.

Place the steak on the salad and sprinkle with pepper, salt and sesame seeds.
