Jools' scottish Sunday

A tasty recipe. The vegetarian breakfast contains the following ingredients: summer fruit ((250 g, frozen), frozen), rosemary, liquid honey, orange (scrubbed), butter, oatmeal, whipped cream, light caster sugar, whiskey (liquorice), yoghurt (0% fat) and cookies (eg spits or butter biscuits).

Directions

  1. Put the frozen fruit with the rosemary and 1 tbsp honey in a small saucepan. Grate the orange zest above and squeeze out the orange. Add the juice and bring everything to the boil. After a few minutes, the fruit begins to give off its delicious sticky juice. Scoop the fruit with a slotted spoon in a mixing bowl.
  2. Remove the sprig of rosemary and let the liquid calmly simmer until it has become a nice syrup. Pour the syrup over the fruit and set it aside to cool.
  3. Melt the butter and the rest of the honey in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the oatmeal and cook until golden brown and sticky.
  4. Beat the whipped cream with the sugar until thick and firm and keep in soft peaks. Add the yogurt and mix everything together.
  5. Take 4 glasses and scoop some of the fruit in the bottom with some syrup. Spoon some of the cream mixture with it, then crumble some of the biscuits over it, then a scoop of oatmeal and keep going until you or the glasses have filled, or your ingredients are gone. Sprinkle with the very last oatmeal and serve.
