Directions

  1. Chop the onion. Heat in the pan butter and fruit gently the onion 2-3 min. Scoop the sauerkraut, stock and caraway seed through it and cover until done in approx. 20 min.
  2. Cut a notch in the sausages around the centimeter and bake them in butter for 5 minutes until they are brown and warp.
  3. Cut open the buns and thinly cover the halves with mustard. Put the sauerkraut on plates. Divide the sausages over it. Put the rolls and possibly extra mustard.
