Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and let the filo pastry thaw in the package.

Finely chop the garlic and the pepper.

Cut the carrot at an angle into long thin slices, cut the slices into thin matches.

Cut the peppers into very thin strips.

Heat a wok on high heat, let a fourth tablespoons of oil become hot.
