Kale with cheese schnitzel
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: potatoes (kruimig), kale (`300 g), salt, pepper, cashew nuts, cheese schnitzels (` 150 g) and butter or margarine.

Peel potatoes, wash and cut into pieces.

Poor potatoes and put kale on them.

Add 400 ml of water and salt and cook until about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, cashew nuts coarsely chop.

Heat 25 g of butter in frying pan and cook the cutlets for about 3 minutes.

Drain kale and potatoes and collect cooking liquid.

Pound potatoes and kale together with mashed potatoes.

Add remaining butter and cashew nuts and heat the stew.

If necessary add some cooking liquid to make stew more smooth.

Season with salt and pepper.
