Directions

  1. Boil the potatoes with the kale and smoked sausage with the sauerkraut bacon in about 20 minutes in water with salt.
  2. Heat the oil and fry the onions until light brown. Take the sausage and the bacon out of the pan. Drain the potatoes with kale and collect the cooking liquid.
  3. Stamp the potatoes with the kale, onions, mustard and a little cooking liquid.
  4. Roast the almonds in a dry, hot frying pan.
  5. Cut the sausage into pieces and cut the bacon into slices. Divide the meat over the kale and sprinkle with the almonds.
