Mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice and fresh herbs and season with salt and pepper.

Spoon half of the dressing through the potatoes, add the silver onions and radishes and scoop the salad in a bread bin.

Put the Dutch shrimps in a separate container.

Pour the rest of the dressing in a sealed container and use it as a dip for the shrimps.
