Kidney bean salad
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: kidney beans (400 g), oranges, garlic, olive oil and spring onions (3 pieces).

Rinse 1 can of kidney beans (400 g) in a colander.

Cut the top and bottom of 2 oranges, place them upright on a work surface and cut the skin thickly down to the fleece.

Then use a sharp knife to cut the segments between the membranes and collect the juice.

Squeeze 1 tbsp of garlic over 3 tbsp olive oil and beat it, together with the orange juice, into a dressing.

Season with salt and pepper.

Cut 1 bag of spring onion into rings.

Spoon the kidney beans with the orange wedges, spring onions and dressing..
