Herbal pomegranate couscous
Couscous prepared in spicy broth with lemon zest, pomegranate seeds and fresh herbs.

Grate 2 tsp. Of the scrubbed lemon zest and press a 1/2 lemon.

Bring the water with the oil, the bouillon tablet, the cumin, cinnamon and raisins to a boil in a pan.

Spoon the couscous into the stock. Turn off the heat and leave the couscous covered for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the leaves of the coriander roughly and the leaves of the fresh mint and celery finely.

Halve the pomegranate and spoon out the seeds.

Spoon the couscous into a bowl and mix 3 tbsp lemon juice, herbs and grater. Season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds over the couscous. Bon appétit! .
