King prawns with green jalapeño mayonnaise
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, king prawns ((raw and unpeeled, from frozen), thawed), jalopeño strips (pot a 225 g), fresh coriander (15 g), lime juice, mayonnaise, olive oil and garlic (in slices).
Drain the giant shrimps onto kitchen paper.
Puree the jalapeño pepper with the coriander (incl.
Stalks) and the lime juice in the food processor or in a high bowl with the hand blender into a green paste.
Mix in the mayonnaise and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and stir in the prawns and garlic.
Fry the king prawns for 2-3 minutes on medium high heat.
Put the giant shrimps on plates and serve the jalapeño mayonnaise in small bowls..
