Directions

  1. Drizzle the cod with the lemon juice and sprinkle with salt. Remove the leaves from the radish and keep separate. Cut the radishes into thin slices.
  2. Heat the oil and fry the fish for about 2 minutes. Scoop out of the pan. Fry the shallots and garlic in the shortening for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the soy sauce, stock, red pepper, ginger shavings and radish. Heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the fish and the spring onion and warm it for a moment. Sprinkle the curry with a bit of chopped radish.
  5. Delicious with dots of pita bread.
