Kung po beef


A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, white rice, green beans (cleaned), oriental wok oil (bottle 500 ml), natural beef strips (350 g), green pepper (in strips), hoy sin sauce (bottle 220 ml) and rice vinegar ( bottle 150 ml).

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, cook the green beans in 8 minutes until al dente.
  2. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the beef strips 2 min. Add the peppers and cook for 2 min. Pour in the hoy sin sauce and rice vinegar and warm for another 2 minutes. Season with pepper.
  3. Drain the green beans and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Divide the rice with the beef mixture and the beans over 4 bowls. Tasty with some coarsely chopped cashew nuts.
