Lasagna with tomato-minced meat sauce
Italian lasagna with tomato sauce, minced beef, onion, bechamel sauce and grated cheese.

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.

Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic. Put an anti-stick pan on the heat and let it warm up. Bake the minced brown.

Add the onion and garlic and cook for 5 minutes. Pour in the tomato sauce and stir well. Season with pepper and salt.

Heat the milk and make a béchamel sauce with the sauce mix according to the instructions on the package.

Grease the oven dish. Pour a small layer of bechamel sauce into the baking dish.

Place the lasagne sheets on top of it so that all the sauce is covered. Place a layer of tomato-minced meat sauce on the lasagne sheets.

Do three more layers on top of that, until it almost runs out. Finish with a layer of lasagne sheets and a layer of bechamel sauce.

Sprinkle the cheese over it and let the lasagna in the middle of the oven in approx. 35 minutes until tender and nicely browned.
