Lasagne With Spinach
Lasagna with Gorgonzola, ricotta, spinach, pesto, tomato sauce and grated cheese.

Preheat the oven to 175 ºC or gas temperature 3.

Let the spinach thaw according to the instructions on the package. Pour it into a sieve and press it out slightly. Crumble the Gorgonzola.

Mix the spinach, gorgonzola, ricotta and pesto in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour a thin layer of tomato sauce in the baking dish. Cover with a layer of lasagna and a layer of spinach mixture.

Repeat twice and finish with lasagne sheets. Cover with tomato sauce. Sprinkle the grated cheese over it.

Fry the dish in the middle of the oven in approx. 35 min. Until done.
