Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
-
Thaw the spinach in a large pan.
-
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan and add the flour. Stir smooth and cook for 3 minutes on low heat (roux).
-
Add the milk while stirring. Raise the heat a little and stir into a bound sauce (bechamel).
-
Add the gruyère and the nutmeg and stir until the cheese has melted. Season with pepper and salt.
-
Cover the bottom of the oven dish with a layer of spinach. Put 4 lasagne sheets on it.
-
Cover with another layer of spinach, then a layer of ham and add a layer of cheese sauce.
-
Cover with lasagne sheets, spinach, ham and cheese sauce until all ingredients are gone. Make sure you finish with cheese sauce.
-
Sprinkle with the rest of the gruyère and cook the lasagna in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes until done.
