Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Put the frozen spinach in a pan and let it thaw.
  3. Cut the chicken fillet into strips. Squeeze the garlic over the spinach. Cut the cheese into pieces.
  4. Stir in half of the cheese, chicken strips, salt and pepper through the spinach.
  5. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Stir in the flour and cook for 5 minutes on low heat. Add half of the milk and bring to the boil.
  6. Beat the flour mixture firmly with a whisk, continue to beat until all the lumps have dissolved.
  7. Pour the rest of the milk into portions and keep stirring well. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Grease the oven dish. Pour a thin layer of sauce into the oven dish. Cover with lasagne sheets.
  9. Alternate 2 layers of spinach mixture with lasagne sheets.
  10. Stir the rest of the cheese through the sauce. Pour the sauce over the lasagna. Bake the dish in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes until done.
