Skewers with catalan sausages
A tasty Spanish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes in the peel ((500 g), scrubbed), Catalan bratwurst (a 290 g), red pepper, yellow pepper, garlic (pressed), extra virgin olive oil, paprika powder spicy and Provençal herbs .

Light the barbecue.

Cook the new potatoes in a pan with plenty of boiling water and salt in 10 minutes until al dente.

Drain.

Put the sausages for 5 minutes in a pan with almost boiling water and drain.

Cut the peppers into pieces of 2 x 2 cm.

On each skewer, baste 1 baby, 1 piece of red and yellow pepper, a sausage, 1 piece of yellow and red pepper and 1 baby.

Mix the garlic in a bowl with the oil, the paprika powder, the Provençal herbs and pepper to taste.

Brush the skewers around with the garlic oil, put them on the grid and grill them for 5-8 minutes until done.
