  1. Cut the pomegranate in half and take out the seeds. This is easiest by tapping the peel of the pomegranate with a soup spoon. Do this above a bowl so that the seeds can fall into it.
  2. Roast the hazelnuts in the pan and then chop them roughly. Grab a slice of white chocolate and grate half a plate full of chocolate flinters. Keep them in a container in the refrigerator until use.
  3. Heat the cupcakes following instructions on the package. Make a Christmas star with the cakes on a nice scale. Sprinkle some icing sugar over the cake tarts and then put the pomegranate seeds, raspberries, blueberries, chopped hazelnuts and chocolate flinters on and next to the cakes. Finish with edible flowers.
