Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Clean the leek and cut into rings. Bring a bottom of water in a pan with 1/2 tl of salt to the boil. Boil the leeks for 5 minutes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the tofu in 4 minutes.

Heat the peanut sauce according to the instructions.

Drain the leeks and mix with the coconut. Divide the plates. Divide the tofu over it and sprinkle the whole with sweet soy sauce. Place the rice next to it.
