Pesto chicken with ratatouille rice


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, brown rice, ratatouille package, chicken breast, pesto alla genovese (with basil (pot a 190 g)) and (olive) oil.

Directions

  1. Prepare rice according to instructions.
  2. Peel and chop onion and garlic (from package).
  3. Clean leftover vegetables (out of package) and cut into cubes.
  4. Cut chicken fillets lengthwise and rub with pesto.
  5. Heat half of oil in frying pan and brown chicken in 10 min.
  6. Brown and cooked.
  7. Heat in wok rest of oil and vegetables for 8 minutes stir-fry.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Mix rice with vegetables and thyme and sprinkle with baking fat.
  10. Serving chicken fillets on rice..
